Recreational/Healing exhibition

Last week I visited an exhibition being held by Dr Ricardo Leizaola, surrounding the recreational & Healing uses of alcohol as a form of visual anthropology.

There were various types of medication on show, from tribal & traditional herbal medication from west Africa, to modern forms of hygiene medication used widely throughout hospitals.

He relates these forms of medication to recreational drinks and the percentages of alcohol that vary within them.
